Arc Flash Surveys.

Identifying, labeling, and eliminating arc flash hazards to the NFPA 70E standard.

Sometimes called a flashover, an arc flash is an uncontrolled discharge through the air to ground or another voltage phase in an electrical system. Identifying, labeling, and eliminating arc flash hazards is part of our dedication to safety and compliance on your sites.

Arc flash labeling is the employer's responsibility, and OSHA may cite or fine employers for failing to protect their people. The NEC requires field-marked warning labels on panel boards, motor controls, switchboards, industrial controls, and more. Any equipment change that alters label data calls for an updated risk assessment and label under the applicable NFPA 70E standard.

We believe safety programs should be reviewed at least every three years and arc flash risk assessments every five.
